Altec 438A Tube Compressor

A rare example of of Altecs legendary combo tube pre-amp / compressor. The compressor is sweet but mostly set and forget, for a shortage of controls, optimized for vocals. The preamp is Hot, Hot, Hot. Can be used as a preamp only by removing the compressor tube. Comes with a manual, schematic and an extra set of tubes.
